- 01Statistical Sampling & Quality Check (PSI): Random sample selection per AQL standards (ISO 2859-1 / ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) — visual workmanship, dimensions, weight, color and material finish
- 02Functional & Safety Verification: On-site functional testing, assembly check, barcode scanning, and verification of user manuals, labels and safety warnings
- 03Quantity & Packing List Tally: Physical count of cartons, pallets or units against commercial invoice and packing list to prevent short-shipping
- 04Packaging, Marking & Drop Testing: Shipping marks, inner/outer carton strength, pallet fumigation marks (ISPM 15), moisture protection and seaworthy export crating
