Overview

The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is your final technical gate before equipment leaves the vendor's premises. Representing your interests on the test bay, QTEK engineers verify test setup calibration, witness live test execution per approved FAT procedures, and ensure all anomalies or punch items are recorded and resolved.

  3. 03Rotating mechanical FAT: NPSH, head-capacity curve, mechanical run test (4-hour continuous), vibration, bearing temperature, and noise level measurement
  4. 04Electrical & automation FAT: routine tests, temperature-rise review, load bank testing, and integrated PLC/SCADA simulation
  5. 05Issuance of on-the-spot Punch Lists (Category A/B) and Conditional/Unconditional Release Certificates (IRN)
